New blog on the block!

The Student Affairs Fitness Blog serves those in Student Affairs and Higher Education seeking a community within the profession focused on their personal fitness and health through focuses on good nutrition, positive mental wellness, and physical activity.

The site was developed by Ed Cabellon (Bridgewater State University) after his 2013 Student Affairs Health Pledge grew to over 200 people across the country.  The site is managed by Julie Leos (University of Michigan) and Christina Davis (MIT) and is always looking for new writers and contributors!
